Capability should be demonstrated for the proposed cabinet package, production party and destination. GEORGE Group works through a mixed network of owned factories, invested partner factories and commissioned manufacturers. A group-level image or certificate does not establish that every product is made in one GEORGE-owned facility or covered by the same process.
Ask for evidence by responsibility
| Responsibility | Evidence to identify | Project decision it supports |
|---|---|---|
| Design coordination | Current plans, elevations, cabinet schedules, material register, equipment interfaces and approval record | Whether the intended room and interfaces have been translated into an approvable cabinet package |
| Production | Responsible facility, selected construction, equipment relevant to the work and production release record | Who makes the package and which confirmed process applies |
| Quality control | Approved sample, inspection plan, measurable acceptance points, issue records and release status | How conformity will be checked and exceptions handled |
| Packing and delivery | Package list, cabinet and room labels, protection method, loading plan and delivery term | How the correct parts reach the correct room and where responsibility transfers |
| Site installation | Installer scope, measurement responsibility, site readiness, adjustment and handover record | Who connects the delivered cabinets to the actual building |

Identify the production party for the actual package
Ask the proposal to identify which legal seller and production facility are responsible for each major cabinet category, especially when several rooms or constructions are combined. Confirm whether the facility is owned, an invested partner or commissioned for the work. The commercial contract, drawing approval, inspection access, certificates, warranty and issue route should follow that real arrangement.
Group certificates may support a light group-level introduction. Product, manufacturing-party and destination applicability must still be verified. A certificate cover, expired document or single model report must not be expanded to every cabinet or market.

Prepare a capability request that can be answered
State the rooms, quantities, construction and finish direction, destination, required standards or documents, sample and inspection needs, packaging and labelling rules, delivery term, programme and installation boundary. Use the manufacturing and quality-control review to ask for current evidence tied to those requirements rather than a general factory presentation.
Request capability evidence for a defined cabinet scope
Share the cabinet schedule and evidence requirements. The response can identify the proposed production arrangement and the records still needed before approval.
