Use a hospitality or commercial project as cabinetry evidence only when the fixed-cabinet contribution can be separated from movable furniture, stone, lighting, sanitaryware, equipment and general interior work. The materials reviewed so far do not identify a named hotel, healthcare or office project’s exact fixed-cabinet contribution well enough to present it here as a cabinetry case.
Use the filter below before comparing a case. A space image, project title or broad GEORGE Group involvement does not by itself prove that a particular cabinet package was supplied, installed or accepted.
Apply an evidence gate before adding a project
| Evidence item | Question it must answer | What it cannot prove alone |
|---|---|---|
| Named project identity | Which property, area or room type is being discussed? | That every item visible was supplied as cabinetry |
| Cabinet schedule or project description | Which fixed wardrobes, vanities, counters, service cabinets or storage units were in scope? | Unlisted quantities, materials, performance or installation responsibility |
| Drawing or cabinet-specific image | Can the fixed item be matched to a room, area or cabinet reference? | That a design image became an installed result |
| Quantity record | How many room types, areas or cabinet items were covered? | Group capacity for a different project |
| Approval or handover record | Which revision and acceptance step were recorded? | An unconditional performance, compliance or outcome claim |
Compare projects by room and cabinet package
| Setting | Fixed-cabinet package to verify | Interfaces to compare |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel or resort | Guest-room wardrobes, minibar or tea cabinets, media units, vanities, reception and back-of-house storage | Room types, movable-furniture split, appliances, plumbing, stone, lighting, mock-up and installation sequence |
| Restaurant or service venue | Service counters, fixed display, equipment housings and back storage | Operator equipment, power, plumbing, ventilation, cleaning, security and customer circulation |
| Office or workplace | Reception, fixed storage, pantry, media or meeting-room cabinetry | Users, equipment, power, data, ventilation, wall construction and movable-furniture boundary |
| Healthcare or care setting | Only cabinet items specifically documented for the named room and intended use | Cleaning, access, equipment and applicable requirements reviewed by the responsible project parties |
Build a record that another buyer can compare
- Identify the project, country, building type, room or area codes and the date of the project information.
- List only fixed cabinet items supported by the project description, schedule, drawings or cabinet-specific images.
- Separate design visualizations from installed photographs and label each accurately.
- State whether quantities, material specifications, installation responsibility and approval records are verified or still unknown.
- Exclude furniture, equipment and adjacent finishes unless their relationship to the cabinet is the point being explained.
For a future hotel package, continue to cabinetry for hotels and hospitality. For other operating spaces, use commercial built-in cabinetry.
Prepare a hospitality or commercial comparison brief
Provide the room and area schedule, quantities, plans and elevations, equipment and service information, required project evidence, adjacent-package boundaries, sample or mock-up milestone, destination, delivery stages and site responsibilities.
